随着风力发电机组装机规模不断扩大,风电企业对生产运营及设备管控提出了更高的要求。为更客观地评价风电企业运营管控状况,各大运行商相继建立了风电生产运营监控中心,以实现对下辖风电企业进行精细化管理。传统风电生产运营监控系统以实时数据库作为底层数据存储,以单台硬件作为系统后台计算资源;但是,伴随着计算指标,尤其数据存储的增加,传统的数据存储架构已满足不了当前系统建设的需要。提出基于大数据的风电生产运营监控系统设计架构,并在此基础上实现风电生产运营监控、经营管控指标计算等功能。国内某大型风电运营商已应用该系统,实现了每年600TB的秒级风机数据存储,形成了适合风电企业发展需要并具有扩展能力的数据中心。
With the continuous expansion of the installed capacity of wind turbine generators, wind power enterprises have put forward higher requirements on production and operation and equipment control. In order to evaluate the operation and control status of wind power enterprises more objectively, major operators have successively set up monitoring and control centers for wind power production and operation in order to achieve refined management of wind power enterprises under their jurisdiction. The traditional wind power production and operation monitoring system uses the real-time database as the underlying data storage and the single hardware as the background computing resource of the system. However, with the increase of the calculation indexes, especially the data storage, the traditional data storage architecture can not meet the current system construction needs . Put forward the design framework of wind power production and operation monitoring system based on big data, and realized the functions of wind power production and operation monitoring and management control index calculation. A large-scale domestic wind power operator has applied this system to realize 600TB second-level fan data storage per year, forming a data center suitable for the development needs and expansion capabilities of wind power enterprises.
