基于金属轧制过程中体积不变原则,采用DEFORM有限元软件,对多种坯料形状轧制成形高颈法兰进行有限元数值仿真,分析坯料形状对轧制成形高颈法兰的影响规律,给出轧制成形方法成形高颈法兰坯料的合适坯料形状。研究结果为实现和推广高颈法兰轧制成形技术奠定了理论基础。
Based on the principle of constant volume in the process of metal rolling, finite element method of finite element method of finite element software DEFORM was used to simulate the forming of high-necked flanges with various blank shapes. The influence of blank shape on high-necked flanges was analyzed, A suitable blank shape for forming high-neck flange blanks is given by the roll forming method. The research results have laid a theoretical foundation for the realization and promotion of high-neck flange rolling forming technology.
