执政能力建设是党执政后的一项根本建设,它既联系着党领导的伟大事业,又联系着党的建设新的伟大工程,是伟大事业和伟大工程的连接点。学习领会和贯彻落实党的十六届四中全会精神,必须深刻认识和准确把握这个重要观点,切实把加强党的执政能力建设的成效体现到伟大事业中,把加强党的执政能力建设的各项工作落实到伟大工程里。联系组织工作实际,加强执政能力建设,把握好伟大事业和伟大工程这个连接点,我认为关键要找准以下四个着力点:
