食管内支架置入术可有效缓解食道梗阻症状,改善吞咽困难,延长生存期及提高生活质量,为晚期失去手术机会者提供姑息性介入治疗。支架置入术术中内镜医师和操作护士的配合对支架的精准定位和释放,以及术后护理对支架位置和膨胀的影响是确保食管内支架置入术成功的关键。1临床资料本文回顾性分析我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治的33例患者资料。其中,男24例,女9例;年龄59~90岁。食道
