改革开放以来,为改善投资环境,加速对外开放,中国政府制定了一系列有关外商投资的法律、法规,并相继采取了若干鼓励外国投资的政策、措施。天津市人民政府结合本市具体情况也先后颁布了鼓励投资的法律、法规。为方便来津的海外投资者,使之对天津市投资环境有一大致的了解,现将中国政府及天津市政府所制定的有关外商投资企业的法律制度做简要的介绍。
Since the reform and opening up, in order to improve the investment environment and accelerate the opening up to the outside world, the Chinese government has formulated a series of laws and regulations on foreign investment and successively adopted some policies and measures to encourage foreign investment. Tianjin Municipal People’s Government also promulgated the laws and regulations encouraging investment in accordance with the specific conditions of the municipality. In order to facilitate the overseas investors in Tianjin and make them have a general understanding of the investment environment in Tianjin, a brief introduction is given to the legal systems on foreign-invested enterprises formulated by the Chinese government and the Tianjin municipal government.
