目的通过手术前的彩超与CT检查以及临床观察、手术等,确诊患者是否患胆囊癌。方法参与调查研究的患者共有152人,患者的年龄主要是50～88岁的老年人,他们的平均年龄为65岁,其中在50～70岁之间的患者占据58.6%。而且女性患者为98人,男性患者为54人,男女比为1∶1.81。通过调查发现,患者患胆囊癌的时间为3～20年,平均患病时间为10年。满足统计学条件。结果与结论 152名患者均被确诊为胆囊癌。彩超诊断符合的病例为134例,而有16例出现漏诊与误诊状况,因此对这152名患者彩超检查的符合率为88.2%。
Objective Through preoperative ultrasound and CT and clinical observation, surgery, etc., to determine whether the patient suffering from gallbladder cancer.
