面对企业改革和发展的新形势,如何围绕企业中心工作做好基层思想政治工作,进一步增强实效性已成为政工工作者必须面对的工作。本文结合企业实际从四个方面阐述做好企业基层思想政治工作的具体措施。 Faced with the new situation of enterprise reform and development, how to do a good job of ideological and political work at the grass-roots level around the work of the enterprise center and further enhance its effectiveness have become tasks that political workers must face. In this paper, the concrete measures of doing well the ideological and political work at the grassroots level of enterprises are elaborated from four aspects according to the reality of the enterprises.
