为提高常规气电焊工艺水平,进行了保护气体质量及配比对焊缝质量影响规律的研究及气电焊辅具的研制。文中提出了气电焊工艺中保护气体质量的合理建议,给出了不同气体配比条件下的焊接参数及焊接性能。
In order to improve the conventional gas welding technology level, the research on the law of the influence of the quality and proportion of protective gas on the weld quality and the development of the gas welding equipment were carried out. In this paper, a reasonable suggestion on gas quality in gas-electric welding process is put forward. The welding parameters and welding performance under different gas ratio are given.
