职场偏离行为是企业普遍存在且危害较大的问题,对职场偏离行为的成因及影响因素的探讨有利于对此类行为的控制与预防。影响职场偏离行为的因素有很多,其中,个体的人格因素是一个重要的因素。作者分别讨论了人格对职场偏离行为的两种作用,一种是人格对自发性职场偏离行为的直接影响,另一种是人格在环境事件或压力情境与反应性职场偏离行为的关系中充当调节角色。作者综述了人格与职场偏离行为的已有文献,为进一步的理论研究与实际应用提供了参考依据。
Deviation from the workplace is a ubiquitous and harmful issue for enterprises.
