今年以来,为了进一步推动修改后的《工会法》的贯彻实施,配合省人大修订好《四川省〈中华人民共和国工会法〉实施办法》,四川省总工会和全省各级工会开展了大规模的立法调研论证。现将调研情况分述如下: 一、基本情况 四川省人大在今年立法任务繁重且即将换届的情况下,推迟了一些其他立法项目,将《实施办法》的修订列入了今年的立法计划。省人大内司委成立了《实施办法》修订案起草小组,制定了修订工作进度日程安排。同时,省人大法制委也提前介入了起草工作。各地积极支持配合,7个市均由市委、人大和政府有关领导主持并自始至终地参加了座谈会,提出了许多建设性意见 This year, in order to further promote the implementation of the amended “Trade Union Law” and cooperate with the Provincial People’s Congress in revising the “Measures for the Implementation of the Trade Unions in Sichuan Province”, the general trade unions in Sichuan Province and the trade unions at all levels in the province have conducted large-scale The legislative research demonstration.
