两性霉素B脂质体(L-AmpB)与未包封脂质体的两性霉素B((F-AmpB)的小鼠急毒试验LD_(50)分别为5.07mg·kg_(-1)和2.61mg·kg_(-1)。对全身性白色念珠菌感染的实验治疗,两者等剂量(1.0mg·kg_(-1)),小鼠存活率分别为55%和35%,差别不明显(p>0.05)。当F-AmpB剂量增加1.2mg·kg_(-1),大部分动物死亡,而L-AmpB加大至2.0mg·kg_(-1)和3.0mg·kg_(-1),存活率分别达到75%与85%,与F-AmpBl.0mg·kg_(-1)相比差别明显(p<0.01)。将各组存活动物饲养60天,取肾脏制成匀浆,进行真菌培养,除L-AmpB3.0mg·kg_(-1)组未见真菌生长外,其余各组均为阳性,提示:3.0mg·kg_(-1)可达根治效果。
