根据镍基合金Incoloy028的数学模型,利用Deform-2D有限元软件模拟计算了合金的热挤压过程,系统分析了热挤压工艺参数对合金组织的影响规律。结果表明,管坯预热温度、挤压速度和挤压比是Incoloy028合金管材热挤压过程中最主要工艺参数,为获得最优的热挤压组织,最佳的热挤压工艺参数是坯料预热温度为1140~1180℃,挤压速度为200mm/s,挤压比为15.63。
According to the mathematical model of nickel-base alloy Incoloy028, Deform-2D finite element software was used to simulate the hot extrusion process of the alloy and the influence of hot extrusion process parameters on the microstructure of the alloy was systematically analyzed. The results show that the preheating temperature, extrusion speed and extrusion ratio are the most important process parameters in the process of hot extrusion of Incoloy028 alloy pipe.
