一、前言在中小型铜及铜合金铸造厂中,熔化炉主要采用燃重油石墨坩埚炉。烟气由炉顶排出,造成了高温作业环境。另外,操作者在熔化操作的同时要调整空气和重油量,因而非熟练工往往不能适当调整炉内空气量,造成液态金属内氧气、氢气过量,从而影响金属液的质量,造成废品。另外,以往城市煤气熔炉使用6C煤气为燃料,熔炼时间较重油熔炉长,难以确保金属熔液的质量。
