2013年10月,北京大学人民医院(以下简称“北大人民医院”)通过了HIMSS 6级。2014年5月,北大人民医院通过了HIMSS 7级,成为首家通过HIMSS 7级的中国医院。在不到一年的时间内取得这样的成就,这一切来自于北大人民医院院长王杉口中的“梦之队”!获评HIMSS 7级后,王杉院长曾表示:“最重要的是感恩,感谢‘梦之队’。首先是医院的医生、护士、管理者,8年始终如一,这个经过8年磨练的团队是不可复制的;其次,是现在18个人的信息中心,他们是‘梦之队’的重要管理者;第三是方正信产集团和所有为人民医院达到HIMSS7级而努力的供应商联盟,包括思科、医惠科技等公司。”北大人民医院院长助理、信息中心主任刘帆在谈到通过HIMSS 7级时也说过:“HIMSS 7级要求
