药理实验表明骨质中擦剂对巴豆油引起的小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶致足趾浮肿均具有明显的抗炎作用,其作用相当消炎痛(50mg/kg),对大鼠蛋清性炎症起效快、作用明显,与对照组比较(P<0.01)。
Pharmacological experiments showed that the liniment in bone had significant anti-inflammatory effects on mouse ear swelling caused by croton oil and edema of carrageenan, and its effect was quite indomethacin (50 mg/kg). The onset of inflammation was rapid and the effect was obvious, compared with the control group (P<0.01).
