目的研究青光眼持续高眼压对大鼠动物模型视网膜功能的影响。方法制备青光眼高眼压大鼠动物模型并定时监测眼压;于术前和术后3w、6w进行闪光视网膜电图测量和形态学观察。结果动物模型术后1d眼压升高到最大值(3.07依1.10)kPa,术后1w至6w各时段眼压值分别为:(2.84依0.90)kPa,(2.86依0.54)kPa,(2.76依0.52)kPa,(2.70依0.51)kPa,(2.39依0.27)kPa,(2.09依0.39)kPa,均明显高于对侧眼眼压;造模3w、6w时的视网膜电图a波、b波及振荡电位波的幅值等时域参数均显著降低,且随高眼压的持续呈现进行性下降;常规HE染色,没有发现视网膜有明显的组织学和形态学改变。结论慢性高眼压在造成视网膜组织学和形态学发生改变之前视网膜的光学功能已经受损,且损伤随高眼压的持续呈现进行性趋势。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous high intraocular pressure (IOP) in glaucoma on retinal function in a rat model. Methods The model of glaucoma with high intraocular pressure (IOP) was established and the intraocular pressure (IOP) was monitored regularly. The flash electroretinography (EMG) and morphological observation were performed before and 3w and 6w after operation. Results The intraocular pressure (IOP) increased to the maximum (3.07 according to 1.10) kPa on the 1st day after operation in the animal model, and the intraocular pressure values at different time points were (2.84 ± 0.90) kPa, (2.86 ± 0.54) kPa, 0.52) kPa, (2.70 according to 0.51) kPa, (2.39 according to 0.27) kPa, (2.09 according to 0.39) kPa, were significantly higher than the contralateral ocular pressure; model 3w, 6w electrophorogram a wave, b wave Oscillation potential wave amplitude and other time domain parameters were significantly reduced, and continued with the ocular hypertension showed progressive decline; conventional HE staining, found no obvious retina histological and morphological changes. Conclusions Chronic high intraocular pressure (IOP) has impaired the optical function of the retina before retinal histology and morphological changes. The damage continues to show a progressive trend with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP).
