[目的]探讨除草剂对金鱼血清EST同工酶的影响。[方法]根据丁草胺、百草枯、2,4-D丁酯的24h半数致死剂量(LC50),设0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0ml/L稀释浓度组,并以0.1ml/g剂量腹腔注射金鱼,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法研究3种除草剂对金鱼血清酯酶同工酶表达的影响。[结果]与对照相比,3种除草剂4个浓度组对金鱼血清EST的活性均有明显影响,低浓度时EST酶活性被抑制,高浓度时EST酶活性增强或消失,染毒剂量和酶活性存在剂量-效应关系。[结论]3种除草剂对金鱼血清酯酶同工酶具有一定影响,其中百草枯对金鱼同工酶的毒性最强,2,4-D丁酯次之,丁草胺最弱。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the influence of herbicide on EST isozyme of goldfish serum. [Method] According to LC50 of butachlor, paraquat and 2,4-D butyl ester, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 ml / L dilution groups were set up, and the abdominal cavity Goldfish were injected and the effects of three herbicides on the serum esterase isozymes were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. [Result] Compared with the control, all three herbicides had significant effects on the activity of EST of goldfish serum, the activity of EST was inhibited at low concentration and the activity of EST was enhanced or disappeared at high concentration. There is a dose-effect relationship between enzyme activities. [Conclusion] The three herbicides had some effects on serum esterase isozyme, among which paraquat had the highest toxicity to goldfish isozyme, followed by 2,4-D butyl and butachlor.
