为了解决采煤机-水射流联合截割系统滚筒旋转轴的旋转密封问题,需要对联合截割系统的旋转密封部进行结构设计与密封件选材。设计了4级串联旋转密封结构,搭建了旋转轴齿形滑环组合密封试验台,对旋转轴齿形滑环组合密封结构,结合丁腈40和填充聚四氟乙烯4FT-4两种密封材料,分别进行了静态与动态密封试验。试验结果表明,丁腈40密封圈与填充聚四氟乙烯齿形滑环相搭配的组合旋转密封无低压泄漏问题,且在密封过程中泄漏量低,密封效果最好。
In order to solve the rotary sealing problem of rotary shaft of shearer-water jet cutting system, it is necessary to design the rotary seal of joint cutting system and seal selection. A four-stage tandem rotary seal structure was designed and the rotary shaft toothed slip ring combined sealing test bench was set up. Combined sealing structure of the rotary shaft toothed slip ring was combined with two kinds of sealing materials, namely, nitrile 40 and polytetrafluoroethylene 4FT-4 , Respectively, static and dynamic seal test. The test results show that the combined rotary sealing of the nitrile 40 seal ring and the polytetrafluoroethylene tooth profile slip ring has no problem of low pressure leakage and has low leakage during the sealing process and the best sealing effect.
