随着我国国际交流和贸易往来的日益频繁,迫切要求高校培养社会急需的、复合型高级日语人才,这一培养目标需要我们转变人才培养模式。笔者结合实际教学经验,从人才培养模式的突破;日语专业培养的深入;拓展日语实习基地三个方面对高校日语人才培养模式进行了深入探讨。
With the increasing international exchange and trade in our country, it is urgent to require colleges and universities to train advanced Japanese language talents urgently needed by the society. This training objective needs us to change the mode of personnel training. Based on the actual teaching experience, the writer explores the cultivation mode of Japanese language talents in higher education institutions from three aspects: the breakthrough in personnel training mode, the in-depth training of Japanese major, and the expansion of Japanese practice base.
