一、地区产业结构的涵义通常所说的地区产业结构实际上有两种既相联系,又相区别的涵义。其一是全国各产业在全国各地区的分布及各地区间产业的相互关系,确切地可以称之为产业的地区结构,即通常所说的产业布局;其二是各地区内部各产业间的比例和相互关系,这是各产业在一个地区内部的组合问题,与此相应,地区产业结构的研究也存在着两种形态,一是把全国产业当作一个整体,研究我国产业的总体布局。主要分析全国产业地区分布发展变化的历史过程及其演变的特点和依据,揭示产业地区分布演变的规律,探讨社会主义产业地区布局的指导思想、基本原则及与之相适应的全国产业总体布局的战略布署、宏观区域政策等;二是研究各地区产业
