目的研究增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在肾癌中的表达与64排CT影像表现的关系。方法收集34例肾细胞癌患者的64排CT扫描图像,采用免疫组织化学(SABC)方法检测PCNA的表达情况,并分析其CT表现与PCNA表达的相关性。结果 PCNA在肿瘤边缘不清晰、瘤体中心有坏死不强化区的表达与肿瘤边缘清晰、瘤体内无坏死区之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCNA在肿瘤密度<实质密度与肿瘤密度>实质密度表达之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据肾细胞癌(RCC)的SCT表现可以推断RCC中PCNA的表达,在一定程度上从分子水平无创伤性地判断RCC的转移和侵袭,为临床选择抗肿瘤的血管生成治疗方面提供有价值的影像学依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in renal cell carcinoma and the performance of 64-slice CT. Methods Totally 64 CT images of 34 patients with renal cell carcinoma were collected. The expression of PCNA was detected by immunohistochemical method (SABC), and the correlation between CT appearance and PCNA expression was analyzed. Results The expression of PCNA was not clear at the edge of the tumor, and there was a significant difference between the expression of PCNA in the center of the tumor and the edge of the tumor with no necrosis in the tumor (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in density> density between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The expression of PCNA in RCC can be deduced from the SCT manifestations of RCC, and to some extent, the metastasis and invasion of RCC can be judged noninvasively at molecular level, which provides valuable information for the clinical selection of antiangiogenic angiogenesis therapy The imaging basis.
