全球经济一体化对我国金融企业管理的发展提供了机遇,同时也面临着种种困难和挑战。企业要想发展壮大,增强国际竞争力,就必须在企业文化建设上下大工夫,因为企业文化是企业精神活动的概括和总结,是企业在长期发展过程中形成的维持企业生存乃至繁荣的精神财富。一个没有文化的企业注定是一个没有希望的企业。企业文化在企业经营管理中的导向、凝聚和激励功能,能够起到物质利益无法取代的作用。因此,加强企业文化建设至关重要,对竞争日益激烈的金融企业而言,更是如此。本文从企业文化的涵义、竟义及加强企业文化建设的途径三个方面进行了初步阐述,,希望能对金融企业的管理者提供参考。
