在武术技术动作研究领域,对竞技武术套路运动员肌肉力量的量化研究是现在学术界较为关注的问题。文章运用文献资料法、等速肌力测试法、数理统计法等研究方法,对河北省优秀竞技武术套路运动员膝关节部位肌肉力量进行测试研究,结果发现竞技武术套路运动员膝关节肌肉屈、伸肌两侧力量发展较均衡,且右侧伸肌力量好于屈肌力量,左侧屈肌好于右侧,这有利于完成跳跃转体接静止类动作,快速度下一级以上运动员相对功率好于二级运动员。通过量化评价运动员专项力量的发展水平,指导训练适合竞技武术套路运动员肌肉配布规律的方法,为运动员进行科学选材,进行运动损伤的预防以及康复提供参考。
In the field of Wushu technical action research, quantitative research on muscle strength of competitive Wushu routine players is now a more academic concern.
