目的提高病案服务质量,获得用户的需求满意。方法通过用户对病案信息需求3个特点、4个检索病案信息过程中的心理特征进行探讨分析。结果病案信息只有被充分利用,才能显示其自身价值。结论病案室工作人员只有充分理解用户对病案信息需求的迫切心理,才能为用户做好提供病案信息的工作。
Objective To improve the quality of medical record service and obtain the satisfaction of users’ needs. Methods Through the three characteristics of the user’s medical record information requirements and four psychological characteristics of the process of retrieving the medical record information, the paper explores and analyzes. As a result, medical record information can only show its own value if it is fully utilized. Conclusion Only by fully understanding the urgency of user’s need for medical record information can the staff in the medical record room be able to provide the medical record information for the user.
