小班化教育是在经济社会发展到一定水平条件下对教育教学提出的要求。小班化教育具有班级规模小、利于开展个别化教学、师生互动多、尊重多元等特点。小班化教育的实现途径主要有:教学组织形式多样化,教育评价方式多元化,教学内容综合化,教师发展专业化。
Small-scale education is the education and teaching requirements put forward in the economic and social development to a certain level. Small-scale education has a small class size, conducive to carrying out individualized teaching, interaction between teachers and students, respect for diversity and so on. The main ways to realize the small-class education are: the diversification of the form of teaching organization, the diversification of education evaluation methods, the integration of teaching contents and the professional development of teachers.
