目的 探讨胆红素对急性运动所致腓肠肌肌质网某些功能改变的影响。方法 将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、运动组、运动恢复组、胆红素处理运动组、胆红素处理运动恢复组 ,共5组 ,分别灌胃生理浓度的胆红素或生理盐水 4周 ,游泳 2小时后处死 ,测定有关指标。结果 胆红素可以明显抑制急性运动所致的肌质网 (SR) Ca2 +含量的下降、Ca2 +,Mg2 +- ATP酶活性的上升 ,对胞浆 Mg2 +含量的升高也有一定的抑制作用 ,但对肌质网摄 Ca2 +能力的影响不大。结论 胆红素可在急性运动中保护肌质网的某些功能免于受损。
Objective To investigate the effect of bilirubin on the changes of some functions of the sarcoplasmic reticulum caused by acute exercise. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, exercise group, exercise recovery group, bilirubin-treated exercise group and bilirubin-treated exercise recovery group. All rats were administered with bilirubin or normal saline 4 Week, swimming 2 hours after sacrifice, measuring the relevant indicators. Results Bilirubin could obviously inhibit the decrease of Ca2 + content of Ca2 +, Mg2 + - ATPase induced by acute exercise and also inhibit the increase of cytosolic Mg2 + content , But the effect of Ca2 + on sarcoplasmic reticulum has little effect. Conclusion Bilirubin protects certain functions of the sarcoplasmic reticulum from damage during acute exercise.
