目的应用膏状固体酒精灼烧法建立一种新的深度及面积均可控的大鼠烧伤模型。方法Wistar清洁级健康大白鼠30只,于造模前一日以8%Na2S酒精溶液脱毛。造模时,将膏状固体酒精均匀涂抹于预烧伤区,涂抹面积与预烧伤面积一致,立即点燃并计时,烧伤时间分别为5、15、30、45、60秒。造模24小时后取烧伤皮肤组织做病理形态学检查。结果烧伤深度与烧伤时间呈正相关,浅二度烧伤、深二度烧伤、三度烧伤所需烧伤时间分别为15、30、45秒。烧伤皮肤与正常皮肤分界清晰,烧伤面积与涂抹膏状固体酒精的面积基本一致。结论在本模型中烧伤深度及烧伤面积均可得到很好的控制,通过简单的调整即可获得不同级别的烧伤模型。
Objective To establish a new rat burn model with controlled depth and area by using paste solid alcohol burning method. Methods Thirty healthy Wistar rats were epilated with 8% Na2S alcohol solution on the day before modeling. Modeling, the creamy solid alcohol evenly applied to the pre-burn area, smear area consistent with the pre-burn area, immediately ignited and time, burn time were 5,15,30,45,60 seconds. Twenty-four hours after modeling, burn skin tissue to do pathological examination. Results The depth of burns was positively correlated with the burn time. The burns required for second-degree burns, second-degree burns and third-degree burns were 15,30 and 45 seconds respectively. Burn the skin and the normal skin demarcation is clear, the area of burns consistent with the area of smear creamy solid alcohol. Conclusion Burns depth and burns area can be well controlled in this model, and different levels of burn models can be obtained by simple adjustment.
