重庆市会展旅游目前还存在诸多制约自身发展的问题,主要表现在,政府职能部门严重越位主办会展,会展公司与旅游企业各自为阵,服务不配套,会展管理和运营能力较弱等方面。重庆市应该借鉴国内先进省市和发达国家办会展旅游的经验,创新重庆市政府管理会展旅游途径是:政府应该建立统一管理会展旅游的职能部门,创新政府主办会展的职能,创新会展旅游的市场调查研究工作,创新管理会展旅游的制度,依托会展旅游组织,发挥会展行业协会的作用,培育重庆市专业会展旅游企业,创新会展旅游营销,科学培养人人才。
At present, there are still many problems restricting the development of convention and exhibition tourism in Chongqing Municipality. The main problems are as follows: the government departments severely host the exhibition, the exhibition companies and the tourism enterprises are facing off against each other, the service is not complete, and the convention and exhibition management and operation ability are weak. Chongqing should learn from the experience of MICE in advanced provinces and developed countries and innovate itself. The Chongqing Municipal Government manages the MICE tourism route as follows: The government should set up functional departments for unified management of MICE tourism, innovate the government’s function of hosting exhibitions and innovate the market of MICE tourism Investigation and research work, innovation management system of MICE tourism, relying on MICE tourism organizations, MICE industry associations to play the role of fostering professional exhibition tourism enterprises in Chongqing, MICE innovation tourism marketing, scientific training of human resources.
