利用TCP/IP网络协议中简单实用的Ping命令和高级语言C#作为编程工具,通过C#编写程序生成高炉自控网络故障监测软件,利用Ping命令可以向高炉各控制系统中的PLC和监控电脑定时发送命令;记录每个返回信息包的反应时间,根据时间长短判断高炉自控网络的运行情况;对网络掉线等硬件故障进行判断和定位。本软件投用后,可以自动监测高炉自控网络运行情况,并对异常情况发出报警。
Using the simple and practical Ping command in TCP / IP network protocol and high-level language C # as a programming tool, the fault monitoring software of blast furnace self-control network is generated through C # programming. The command of Ping can be used to send commands to the PLC and monitoring computer in blast furnace control system ; Record the response time of each returned packet, judge the operation status of blast furnace self-control network according to the length of time; judge and locate the hardware failure such as network disconnection. After the software is put into use, it can automatically monitor the operation of blast furnace self-control network and send an alarm to the abnormal situation.
