一、鈷對電解過程的危害性在鋅電解過程中,鈷對電解的危害是很大的,不但引起陰極锌的重新溶解,而且降低電流效率。主要現象是由析出锌板與鋁板接觸之面向外燒孔,因而破壞電解操作的正常進行,引起電力消耗的增加。為了減少鈷的影響必須在低温度和低酸度情况下進行電解,但這樣又將引起溶液的返回量增加,設備之效能降低,結果减少生產量。根据蘇聯工廠的資料,鈷燒板對電流效率的影響如下表所示:
