我公司从1991年起使用了承德自动化计量仪器厂生产的深基坑双台面GGG-20A型微机动态轨道衡系统,其首次检定精度为0.5级。至1993年轨道衡年检时,液态标准车过衡二次才通过0.5级,同时发现系统零点漂移严重,稳定性变差,为此决定对该轨道衡进行技术改造。1994年,我们在技术改造中采用了苏州仪表元件厂生产的通道和软件,改造后的GCU-100E型动态轨道衡的精度提高到0.2级。以后在1995、1996和1997年,又顺利地通过了国家轨道衡计量站的年检确认。至此,我公司的动态轨道衡系统已连续四年通过国家0.2级检定。
Since 1991, our company has used the GGG-20A microcomputer dynamic track balance system with deep foundation pit manufactured by Chengde Automatic Measuring Instruments Factory, and its first verification accuracy is 0.5 grade. By the time of 1993 annual track scale inspection, the liquid standard vehicle passed the grade of 0.5 only after being balanced twice. At the same time, it was found that the zero drift of the system was serious and the stability deteriorated. Therefore, it was decided to carry out the technological transformation of the track scale. In 1994, we adopted the channel and software produced by Suzhou Instrument Components Factory in technological transformation, and the accuracy of the modified GCU-100E dynamic railroad track scale was improved to 0.2. After 1995,1996 and 1997, but also successfully passed the national railroad measurement station annual inspection confirmed. At this point, my company’s dynamic track scale system for four consecutive years through the national 0.2 level verification.
