目的探讨肿瘤转移相关基因编码蛋白在卵巢癌和宫颈癌转移中的表达规律及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术对29例卵巢癌和19例宫颈癌患者瘤组织的CD44V5+、CD44V6+、cerbB-2+、nm23+、DCC+和p16+细胞检出率和DNA含量进行了检测和分析。结果卵巢癌和宫颈癌患者瘤组织细胞的CD44V5+、CD44V6+和cerbB-2+细胞表达率均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01或0.05);nm23+,DCC+和p16+细胞表达率则显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01或0.05)。肿瘤转移者、多器官转移者、DNA异倍体者、SPF增高者、Apo减低者的CD44V5+、CD44V6+、cerbB-2+细胞表达率均显著高于未转移者、单器官转移者、DNA二倍体者、SPF不增高者、APO不减低者(P<0.01或0.05)。而nm23+、DCC+、p16+细胞的表达率与此相反。结论卵巢癌和宫颈癌组织的肿瘤转移相关基因编码蛋白表达水平的检测,对判断肿瘤的恶性度、转移潜能、转移严重程度及患者预后估计有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the protein involved in tumor metastasis in ovarian cancer and cervical cancer metastasis. Methods The detection rate and DNA content of CD44V5 +, CD44V6 +, cerbB-2 +, nm23 +, DCC + and p16 + cells in 29 cases of ovarian cancer and 19 cases of cervical cancer were detected by flow cytometry. Results The rates of CD44V5 +, CD44V6 + and cerbB-2 + cells in ovarian cancer and cervical cancer patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01 or 0.05). The expressions of nm23 +, DCC + and p16 + cells were significantly lower than those in normal Control group (P <0.01 or 0.05). The rates of CD44V5 +, CD44V6 + and cerbB-2 + cells in tumor metastasis, multiple organ metastasis, DNA aneuploidy, SPF increased and Apo decreased were significantly higher than those in non-metastasis, single organ metastasis, DNA double Body, SPF is not increased, APO is not reduced (P <0.01 or 0.05). However, the expression rates of nm23 +, DCC + and p16 + cells were the opposite. Conclusions The detection of protein expression levels of tumor metastasis-related genes in ovarian cancer and cervical cancer tissues is of great value in judging the malignant degree, metastatic potential, metastasis severity and prognosis of patients.
