在定性分析虚拟企业知识转移对企业自主创新能力影响作用的基础上,构建虚拟企业知识转移提升企业创新能力的效用概念模型,借助结构方程模型与统计软件进行实证研究。结果表明:虚拟企业知识联盟对企业提升知识创新与技术创新绩效有较大的促进作用,但对成员企业的管理创新绩效效用不大。同时,提出在虚拟企业知识转移过程中提高成员企业自主创新能力的对策与建议。
On the basis of qualitative analysis of the impact of virtual enterprise knowledge transfer on the capability of independent innovation, this paper constructs a concept of utility model of knowledge transfer in virtual enterprise to enhance the innovation capability of enterprises, and conducts empirical research with structural equation modeling and statistical software. The results show that the virtual enterprise knowledge alliance can greatly promote the knowledge innovation and technological innovation performance of enterprises, but has little effect on the management innovation performance of member enterprises. At the same time, the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the independent innovation capability of member enterprises in the process of knowledge transfer of virtual enterprises are put forward.
