对科技论文评审内容进行了归类。将模糊数学方法引入审稿机制中,建立了专家评审意见的综合评判模糊数学模型,从而使审稿工作尽量合理量化、客观公正以保证期刊质量的提高。最后,给出了一个可操作的实例。
Sci-tech papers review the contents of the classification. The fuzzy mathematics method is introduced into the reviewing mechanism, and the comprehensive evaluation fuzzy mathematical model of expert reviewing opinion is established. As a result, the reviewing work is quantified as reasonable as possible and objective and fair to ensure the quality of the journal. Finally, an operational example is given.
