2017年1月9日,天津市第十六届人大常委会第三十三次会议表决通过《天津市医院安全秩序管理条例》,自2017年3月1日起施行。以地方性法规规范相关制度,加强医院安全秩序管理,维护医院正常医疗秩序,构建和谐医患关系,更好地保护医患双方的合法权益,具有重要意义。为便于大家了解条例内容,现就条例作简要介绍如下:为什么要制定这样一部规范医院安全秩序管理的地方性法规?
