我院神经外科从1993年至1997年共收治小儿外伤性硬膜下积液3O例。现将治疗方法及效果报告如下。1资料与方法11临床资料hi一般资料男18例，女12例。年龄在生后3个月至11岁不等。其中，发生于9个月～3岁患儿12例，占70％。致伤原因以坠落伤及车祸为主，大部分在伤后1周内来院。病 Neurosurgery in our hospital from 1993 to 1997 were treated pediatric traumatic subdural effusion 3O cases.
