哈尔滨汽轮机厂(下称哈汽厂)在1979年从西德引进了320吨级(DH12)型的超速动平衡试验装置。土建由国内设计,1980年施工,1982年建成。目前是亚洲最大的动平衡试验装置,其结构布局比较合理,节点处理灵活,现向读者作一介绍,以资交流。一、筒体给基础设计带来的问题哈汽厂的超速动平衡试验室建在该厂的重型汽轮机车间的东南角,如图1所示。试验室筒体由内径8.5m,长20.5m,内衬30mm厚钢板,外包2.5m厚的钢筋混凝土组成。总重约6000D屯。机房则为24m跨度,6m柱距、长42m,内设30吨吊车,
Harbin Steam Turbine Factory (hereinafter referred to as Harbin Steam Turbine Factory) introduced a 320-ton (DH12) type over-speed dynamic balance test device from West Germany in 1979. The civil construction was designed by the domestic government. It was constructed in 1980 and completed in 1982. At present, it is the largest dynamic balance test device in Asia. Its structural layout is reasonable and its nodes are handled flexibly. Now we introduce it to readers and communicate with them. First, the problems caused by the cylinder to the basic design The super-speed dynamic balance laboratory at Harbin was built at the southeast corner of the heavy-duty steam turbine plant of the plant, as shown in Figure 1. The chamber of the test chamber consists of an inner diameter of 8.5m, a length of 20.5m, a lined 30mm thick steel plate, and a 2.5m thick reinforced concrete. The total weight is about 6000D Tun. The machine room is 24m span, 6m column spacing, 42m long, and a 30-ton crane.
