甲状腺功能亢进性肌病 (甲亢肌病 )主要指弥漫性甲状腺功能亢进伴发肌肉病变 ,是甲状腺功能亢进 (甲亢 )的并发症之一。早在 1835年Ｇｒａｖｅｓ就报道 ,甲亢时可见到肌力低下和肌肉萎缩。甲亢肌病一般分为五型[1～ 2 ] :①急性甲亢性肌病 (ＡＴＭ ) ;②慢性甲亢性肌病(ＣＴＭ)
Hyperthyroidism myopathy (hyperthyroidism myopathy) mainly refers to diffuse hyperthyroidism associated with muscle lesions, is one of the complications of hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism). As early as 1835, Graves reported that muscle weakness and muscular atrophy were seen in hyperthyroidism. Hyperthyroidism myopathy is generally divided into five types [1 ~ 2]: ① acute hyperthyroidism myopathy (ATM); ② chronic hyperthyroidism myopathy (CTM)
