头孢哌酮/舒巴坦是我国临床常用药物,是头孢哌酮和舒巴坦组成的复合制剂,被我国多个领域的抗感染指南推荐为首选的经验性用药,但随着其广泛应用,耐药现象不可避免地产生,本文就头孢哌酮/舒巴坦作用机制、体外抗菌谱、药动学、临床应用做一综述,旨在为临床合理用药提供参考。 Cefoperazone / sulbactam is a commonly used clinical drug in our country. It is a composite preparation of cefoperazone and sulbactam. It is recommended as the first choice of empirical medicine in many areas of our country. However, with its wide application, The phenomenon of drug resistance inevitably arises. In this paper, the mechanism of cefoperazone / sulbactam, in vitro antibacterial spectrum, pharmacokinetics and clinical application are reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
