目的:为了研究我国无白内障中老年人和老年性白内障患者体硒含量的分布和探讨硒与老年性白内障发病的关系。方法:应用单扫极谱仪测定法分别对白内障患者和无白内障中老年的血硒、晶体硒、房水硒含量进行了定量测定。结果:无白内障的中老年人(n=48)血硒含量为14475±4.43ng/ml;老年性白内障患者(n=83)为99.37±2.54ng/ml(P<0.001)。3例尸体眼房水硒含量为2.3±0.2ng/ml,3例老年性白内障患者房水洒含量为1.77±0.4ng/ml;(P<0.05)。6个无白内障中老年人晶体样本硒含量为22.47±0.67ng/g,83个老年性白内障患者晶体样本测定硒含量的平均数±标准差(下同)为19.77±0.25ng/g(P<0.01)。性别之间无显著差异(P>0.85)。不同类型老年性白内障晶体硒含量测定值也无显著差异(P>0.90)。经不同手术方法摘出的白内障测定的硒含量无显著差异(t=0.300,P>0.75)。结论:老年性白内障患者血、房水和晶体中硒含量均低于无白内障的中老年。白内障的形成和发展与体内硒含量的降低有关。
Objective: In order to study the distribution of selenium content in our country without cataract and senile cataract and explore the relationship between selenium and senile cataract. Methods: The content of selenium, selenium and aqueous selenium in sera of cataract patients and non-cataract-senile middle-aged people were measured by single-scan polarography. Results: The blood selenium content of middle-aged and old people without cataract (n = 48) was 14475 ± 4.43ng / ml; the aged patients with cataract (n = 83) were 99.37 ± 2.54ng / ml ). The selenium content in 3 eyes of cadaveric eyes was 2.3 ± 0.2ng / ml, and the content of aqueous humor in 3 senile cataract patients was 1.77 ± 0.4ng / ml (P <0.05). The selenium content in crystalloid samples of middle and old aged without cataract was 22.47 ± 0.67ng / g. The mean ± standard deviation of selenium content in crystal samples of 83 senile cataract patients was 19.77 ± 0.25ng /g(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between genders (P> 0.85). Selenium content in different types of senile cataract crystals also showed no significant difference (P> 0.90). There was no significant difference in the selenium content of cataract extracted by different surgical methods (t = 0.300, P> 0.75). Conclusion: The selenium contents in blood, aqueous humor and crystal in senile cataract patients are lower than those without cataract. The formation and development of cataracts and the reduction of selenium content in the body.
