十一届三中全会以后,党的工作重点已转移到社会主义经济建设上来。十二大又提出了本世纪末全国工农业总产值翻两番的奋斗目标。档案工作是服务性的工作,其重点也应该转移到为社会主义经济建设服务的轨道上来,以适应党和国家各项工作的需要。下面我想从企业的兴衰谈谈科技档案与经济效益的关系,讲点个人的肤浅认识。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the party’s work has shifted its focus to socialist economic construction.
