我国体育事业必须与社会主义市场经济相适应，它既不能排斥市场，也不能完全纳入市场经济的运行轨道，应实行半市场化，由过去单一的计划机制向计划与市场相结合的运行机制转变，积极发展体育产业，并顺应体育产业的发展趋势。
