随着中苏关系正常化的实现,两国关系进入新的发展时期。经济贸易关系将在两国关系中占有越来越突出的地位,並将会成为新型中苏关系的主要内容。本文的目的是介绍当前中苏经济贸易的情况,说明有哪些因素在促进中苏经济贸易关系的发展,以及目前存在什么样的障碍,並谈几点看法,和大家一起讨论。
With the normalization of the Sino-Soviet relations, the relations between the two countries have entered a new period of development. Economic and trade relations will occupy an increasingly prominent place in the relations between the two countries and will become the main content of the new type of Sino-Soviet relations. The purpose of this article is to introduce the current situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and the Soviet Union and to explain what factors are promoting the development of the economic and trade relations between China and the Soviet Union and what are the existing obstacles and make some comments and discussions with you.
