4月14日,全国农技中心印发了《当前水稻迁飞性害虫及南方水稻黑条矮缩病发生动态》(植物病虫情报2013年第12期)文件,通报了当前水稻迁飞性害虫及南方水稻黑条矮缩病发生情况。截至目前,国内稻飞虱迁入峰期较上年偏早,迁入范围较广,迁入虫量偏多,海南中南部田间虫量高于上年同期,北部湾周边稻区田间虫量略低于上年同期;稻纵卷叶螟总体发生较轻,广西局部虫量高;南方水稻黑条矮缩病在海南、广东雷州已有发现。境外虫源地田间稻飞虱虫量较高,与上年同期相当。
