习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出,打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局,需要“树立安全发展理念,弘扬生命至上、安全第一的思想,健全公共安全体系,完善安全生产责任制,坚决遏制重特大安全事故”。安全是电力企业的生命,做好安全生产工作,是电力企业赖以生存和发展的根本。本文通过论述电力安全文化建设,提出电力安全文化对推动电力企业安全生产,建立科学化、系统化、规范化的电力安全管理体系的作用。
