目的:提高门诊药房开展药物咨询的服务质量,避免因为语言交流而引发的医患矛盾。方法:查阅云南省中医医院近3年的药物咨询记录及相关文献,并结合药物咨询工作中遇到的各种情况和实践经验,分析并总结相应语言运用的技巧与策略。结果:3年来共接待药物咨询7951例次,药物咨询人次逐年增加,研究期间共有762例次关于医师用药方案的咨询,占总咨询例次的9.58%,有关用药效果的咨询占67.19%。结论:门诊药师需要具备良好的语言修养,沟通中采用一定的语言技巧和策略,才有利于提高诊疗效果和服务质量,促进药患和谐。
Objective: To improve the service quality of outpatient pharmacy to carry out drug counseling and to avoid the contradiction between doctors and patients caused by language exchange. Methods: Consult the Yunnan Medical University Hospital for nearly 3 years of drug counseling records and related literature, combined with various situations encountered in drug counseling and practical experience, analysis and summary of the corresponding language skills and strategies. Results: In the past three years, a total of 7951 drug counseling sessions were received. The number of drug counseling sessions increased year by year. During the study period, there were 762 consultations about the doctor’s medication regimen, accounting for 9.58% of the total number of counseling sessions and 67.19% of consultancy consultations. Conclusion: Outpatient pharmacists need to have a good language training, communication skills and strategies used in a certain language, it will help improve the quality of treatment and service quality and promote drug harmony.
