我们都知道图书馆是一个具有丰富知识的储存库,它所包含的信息及知识涉及到了各个领域,所以我们把图书馆比作是知识的海洋,只要我们对知识有渴望和需求就可以尽情的翱翔在这片广阔的海洋之中。可是随着社会的发展,我们会发现有些比较突出的现象,图书馆这样如此重要的场所人流量却越来越少,并且变得越来越冷清,那么是什么原因导致这种现象的呢?其中最重要的原因就是信息技术的快速发展,当然也会有其他的原因掺杂在一起。很多人会感到迷惑或者有质疑,信息技术的不断进步为什么会影响到图书馆,跟图书馆之间到底有什么关系呢?信息技术的不断发展对图书馆的管理产生了巨大的冲击,导致图书馆的生存空间不断的被缩小,它原来的管理能力渐渐地被信息管理所代替。在这样的状况下,图书馆要想生存下去就必须改变管理模式,寻求和开发出新的管理模式,并且将这种新的模式正真的运用到实际中,也许这样才能挽救图书馆逐渐衰亡的命运。本文主要探讨了图书馆知识管理对图书馆管理的创新,因为只有将这两者相结合才能让图书馆的发展更有动力。
