目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融后康复新液治疗鼻腔黎氏区出血的临床效果。方法:112例患者行射频消融后随机分为两组,对照组(56例)采用林可霉素眼液,治疗组(56例)用康复新液。结果:两组临床有效率、上皮生长情况均优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:康复新液从促进上皮生长方面提高鼻出血疗效,有临床推广应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of nasal Li type hemorrhage after radiofrequency ablation of plasma. Methods: One hundred and twelve patients were randomly divided into two groups after radiofrequency ablation. The control group (56 cases) received lincomycin ophthalmic solution and the treatment group (56 cases) received Kangfuxin solution. Results: The clinical efficiency and epithelial growth of the two groups were better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Kangfuxin solution can enhance the efficacy of epistaxis in promoting epithelial growth, and has clinical value of popularization and application.
