小微企业是我国社会主义经济的一个重要实体部分,它包罗的行业多,分布面积广,从业人员多,和群众生活息息相关。职业技术学院实验室应该转变观念,身体力行,做好和小微企业的对接。笔者将从和小微企业对接提出的根据、对接的内涵,对接的人才培训模式等方面提出自己的观点,以便共同探讨,在解决学院人才出口问题和企业人才需求问题上找到最佳契合点。
Small and micro enterprises are an important part of the socialist economy in our country. They include many industries, large distribution areas, large numbers of employees, and are closely linked with people’s lives. Vocational and Technical College Laboratory should change their concepts, personally, do a good job docking with small and micro enterprises. The author will put forward his own views on the basis of the docking with small and micro enterprises, the connotation of docking and the mode of personnel training docking, so as to discuss together and find the best meeting point on solving the problem of personnel export of colleges and enterprises and the demand of enterprise talents.
