一、前言石泉水利枢纽是汉江上游的一个梯级,位于陕西,石泉县城上游约1公里。枢纽主要任务以开发动能为主;同时,相应考虑改善上、下游航运条件、减轻下游安康盆地与丹江口枢纽的洪水负担等其他方面需要。勘测设计工作于58年底开始,59年11月提出了初设要点报告,经向中央及陕西省委汇报共同审查,确定正常高水位为470米;壩段为石泉壩段;装机容量为60万瓩;壩型采用砼壩。在初步设计中,除对砼大头壩与宽缝重力壩两种壩型进一步作了论证比较外,并对壩线及水工布置进行了比较选摆。由于党的正确领导及全体内外业同志的共同努力,仅3个半月的时间,就完成了全部初设工作。现将工作过程中研究的几个主要问题分述于后。
I. Introduction Shiquan Hydro-junction is a rung on the upper reaches of the Han River and is located about 1 km upstream of Shaanxi and Shiquan County. The main task of the hub is mainly to develop kinetic energy. At the same time, other needs such as improving upstream and downstream shipping conditions and alleviating the flood burden of the downstream Ankang Basin and Danjiangkou hub will be considered accordingly. The survey and design work began at the end of 58 and the preliminary points report was put forward in November 59. After reporting to the Central Government and Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee for review and verification, the normal high water level was 470 meters; the dam section was Shiquanba; the installed capacity was 600,000瓩; dam-type concrete dam. In the preliminary design, except for the concrete dam and the wide gap gravity dam two types of dam further made a comparison, and the dam line and hydraulic layout were compared to choose the pendulum. Due to the correct leadership of the party and the concerted efforts of all the domestic and foreign comrades in the field, only 3 and a half months had passed and all the initial work was completed. Now in the work process of several major issues are described below.
